The Success Development Model
The Success Development Model, Assessment and Enhancement program is the result of many years of postgraduate research and experience working with thousands of business’, teams and individuals to achieve success.
The Success Development model measures your current approach to attaining success. By answering 50 questions in the online assessment tool your current approach to success will be revealed. You will receive a personalised report based on your personal responses to the questions highlighting the specific areas that you currently need to develop to increase your potential for success.
So what is the Success Development Model measuring?
Vision
The clarity of your aspirations and expectations for the future are being measured, including your understanding of your values and driving forces.
Focus
Your current approach to developing plans, strategies and goals is being measured, including how proactive you currently are in working toward these.
Your results will be measured on the Success Development Matrix and you will be identified as either a Success Catcher, Success Seeker, Success Gazer or Success Wonderer.
Once you have received your Success Development personalised report on completion of the online self assessment, you then have the option of gaining support in your development towards achieving success through Successium’s range of Success Development Enhancement programs.
