About Us
The Success Development Model, Assessment and Enhancement program was designed by Liz Green of
Successium Pty Ltd. It was the result of many years of postgraduate research and working with business’, teams and individuals to achieve success.
Liz's career has included everything from teaching high school to management consulting to learning and
development, she is now the Director and Principal Consultant for Successium Pty Ltd, a boutique Capability and Development Consulting firm. Her core driver has always been the desire to assist individuals, teams and business’ to perform at their best.
Her passion for learning and success has led her to pursue several degrees of her own including a Master of Education in Organisational Learning and Development, a Bachelor of Business, and Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. She is also accredited in DiSC behavioural profiling.
Happily married, with two wonderful children and a thriving business, Liz wants you to achieve your
success too.
